Brad Bird received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and a Masters in Divinity from Columbia International University. Brad formerly served as the teaching pastor at Columbia Crossroads Church. Brad is also the president of Marketlife Ministries, whose vision is to take the Gospel into the marketplace through the teaching of the Word. Brad has a passion to see people confronted with the truth of the Gospel and equipped to walk in obedience to the Scriptures.

BRAD BIRD • Lead/Teaching Pastor

Anne MacCallum has been singing and writing songs for over 30 years. Her music reflects strong lessons about God’s freedom, forgiveness, and life-altering grace. She’s authored over 100 curriculum songs, several theme songs for international ministries, (Precept Ministries; Apologia), private schools, and conferences, as well as led and trained worship teams/leaders for the last 15 years. Anne has several CDs released in America, and one in Germany; she's led worship in the UK, Canada, South Africa, Serbia and Belarus. Anne is also on associate staff with Proclaim International. ANNE MACCALLUM • Worship Coordinator

Hal Stevenson and his wife Diana own and operate Grace Outdoor Advertising, a Columbia-based billboard company. They have been married for 32 years and have 5 grown children, 2 of whom work with them in the family business. Hal grew up in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from Wofford College. Since moving permanently to Columbia in 1987, he has been active in many community and Christian organizations. Prior to serving at River City Chapel, he was an Elder at First Presbyterian in Columbia, and been involved with 3 other local church plants. He is currently the board chairman for the Greater Columbia Community Relations Council and serves on the board of the Vista Guild.

HAL STEVENSON • Leadership Team

Jess MacCallum is the President and a co-owner of Professional Printers. He is also a nationally published writer, and has appeared twice on Family Life Today, with Dr. Dennis Rainey to discuss his books on marriage. He is a regular contributor to HealthyLeaders.com. Jess and Anne have been married for 30 years, and have 3 grown children, (one married). He graduated from USC (1986), where he spent 4 years training with the Navigators ministry. He has been involved in a variety of ministries for over 35 years—Bible studies (college, community, and prison), teaching English as a second language (Japan), small groups, church planting, discipleship, and nursery.

JESS MACCALLUM • Leadership Team

Debi Grice received a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Early Childhood Education both from the University of South Carolina. She taught for 10 years in Lexington County schools and has worked formally in children’s ministry at Shandon Baptist Church and most later at Christ Church of the Carolinas, where she was Director of Children’s Ministry. She has consulted for several churches in the state. Debi’s gift from the Lord and her passion is helping parents train up children in the way they should go.
